How the process works is that you boil the maple syrup and cook it down a little bit so it thickens up more, and then pour it in a line onto a bowl full of packed fresh snow. The snow cools the syrup and then you take a spoon and roll the gooey cooling syrup onto it, and voila! Maple syrup lollipops!

Okay, so it looks good, but how did it taste? (Because it sounds a little gross, but I could be wrong!) The spoon selfie is how all of my selfies look..haha.
